Primarily focusing on general construction, the division maximizes customer satisfaction through meticulous planning and construction management in various sectors, including business and commercial facilities, logistics centers, industrial facilities, research centers, golf resorts, and remodeling projects.
Furthermore, leveraging years of accumulated construction experience and technical expertise, we are progressively expanding our business into real estate development and consulting services. We are also diversifying our business portfolio with public projects and water treatment-focused environmental initiatives to secure a stable business structure.
In 2018, by merging with CJ Logistics, Korea's top logistics company, we gained the capability to provide not only logistics center construction but also optimal logistics operation solutions. This integration allows us to meet the diverse needs of our clients for logistics centers.
Moving forward, the CJ Logistics Construction Division aims to become a Top-Tier company leading the domestic general construction sector.
